What we process

This website may collect the name, work email, company, and message a visitor voluntarily submits through the contact form. Vercel processes the form and Zoho Mail delivers it to our team. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and performance without advertising profiles.

WhatsApp assistant

WhatsApp automation starts only after a person chooses to message Crelyvo. The assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant, answers service questions, may share the exact concept demo prepared for the business, and transfers interested contacts to Jesús. It does not send autonomous follow-ups outside WhatsApp’s customer-service window.

Meta delivers WhatsApp messages. Supabase stores conversation and consent records, and Groq processes message text or transcribes voice notes so the assistant can answer. Vercel hosts the public site and concept demos. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-processing commitments.

Retention and choices

Raw WhatsApp message text and media identifiers are scheduled to be removed after 180 days. Limited consent, delivery and business records may be retained as needed to honor opt-outs, operate the service and meet legal obligations. Do not send sensitive personal information by WhatsApp.

You can stop automated contact at any time by writing STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or an equivalent request, and you can ask for a human. You may also request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal data.
