What we process

This website may collect the name, work email, company, and message a visitor voluntarily submits through the contact form. Vercel processes the form and Zoho Mail delivers it to our team. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and performance without advertising profiles.

Growth guide

When enabled, Lyvo is Crelyvo’s virtual growth and automation guide. It stores the conversation and a short-lived random session credential so it can answer questions in context. If a visitor voluntarily submits the project brief and consents to contact, Crelyvo stores the supplied name, business, email or phone, location, website and project objective in its sales pipeline.

Vercel operates the public gateway, the Crelyvo application processes the request in Azure, Supabase stores the conversation and lead, Groq processes chat text to produce an answer, and Zoho Mail may notify our team. For projects classified as “Other,” a visitor may voluntarily upload up to five business-reference images; Azure validates the files and Supabase stores them with the lead for demo preparation. Raw website-guide message text is scheduled to be removed after 180 days. Do not submit sensitive personal information or images you are not authorized to use.

If a concept demo is requested, Ollama Cloud may process the supplied business brief to generate and supervise structured landing copy. Groq may be used as a fallback. Crelyvo’s code, not either model, creates and validates the published page.

Showcase agents

The four fictional ecosystem agents use Groq to answer from limited, versioned concept knowledge. They do not accept contact forms or execute actions. Crelyvo stores only the UTC date, a daily hashed browser fingerprint, the selected fictional agent, and message counters for abuse prevention. Message text, IP addresses, names, and emails are not stored for these showcases.

Retention and choices

Raw website-guide message text is scheduled to be removed after 180 days. Limited lead, delivery and business records may be retained as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal data.
